Membership Recruitment (also referred to as “Rush”) begins in early September 2020 with chapters holding individual Information Sessions and Meet the Sisters events. Interested students are encouraged to attend recruitment events at more than one organization so they may find the group best suited for them.
Opportunities for joining in the fall are limited to Upper-class and Transfer students. First Year students may attend events, but may not join until the formal spring recruitment held in late January/early February to ensure they meet our academic eligibility standards.
Fall recruitment events are typically casual and generally activity centered. Recruitment events are held on campus (student centers or academic space) and off-campus (registered chapter houses) and are advertised via Facebook groups and on-campus flyers. Fall Informal Recruitment will begin in September 2020 after classes begin.
